AKUD “Jovan Popović” from Titel, organized the 20th jubilee children’s carnival under the motto: “CHILDREN ARE THE DECORATION OF THE WORLD”.
There are no winners at the carnival, everyone is the best and everyone receives the same gifts. This year’s carnival had over 200 participants.
